Opaline is a slightly milky white glass coming from Murano secular tradition. It's a tecnique dated back to 16th century.
Our Opale collection is created melting together a moltitude of white opaline glass flakes on a transparent crystal base. This tecnique creates a snowy surface, rich of different transparencies. When crossed by light, this glass reveales all of his complexity evoking the image of snow-white flakes that settle on a transparent lake. All the pieces are mouth blowed and hand finished without the use of any mould.
In this way the shapes are slightly irregular, adding a contemporary touch to this classy collection.
